Lowest Price" DSH Housing Group is a leader in the Manufactured Housing Industry. The company was started by a father and two sons in 1982 as the first retail home lot on the corner of Sunset and Bluff Street in St. George, Utah. This trio was successful and the business took off, they developed the first planned community in Ivins, Utah in 1983-1984 and later on created a wholesale division. Up until 1995 the retail lot had a restricted sales territory, just as most retail lots do today. One of the sons bought out the other two family members and envisioned a new innovative future for the Company. He wanted to give the American Dream of home ownership to more people than just the people in his community. By combining the wholesale and the retail divisions and selling wholesale direct to the public the company was able to expand the territory to 11 Western states. In 2002 the company put together the second manufactured home planned community in Washington, Utah called Stonegate Manor. The goal for Stonegate Manor was to show customers that manufactured homes can look just as good as site-built homes and can appreciate in value just like a site-built home. (See Stonegate Manor) This Manufactured Home community proved successful and has been sold out completely with every home appreciating beyond the home owner's expectation. In 2007 the company expanded into five more states in the Southwestern part of the U.S. Currently the company is working on expanding into the remaining areas of the U.S. and continues to be one of the largest Manufactured Home Dealers in the U.S. |
