Developer Benefits: Manufactured housing developments have been very popular in the U.S. We offer our developers a way to build a subdivision and receive money back on their own orders. Manufactured home developments will be more profitable than site-built developments. In the Preferred Platinum Program we offer developers significant discounts on homes which equals more equity to our developers. Real Estate Agent Benefits: It is already your business to sell homes to satisfied customers! Expand your selling options to manufactured/modular homes and earn extra income from us. Manufactured homes are growing in popularity each day. These homes are very comparable to site-built homes and have just as many benefits. We designed this program so that you could have the opportunity to have unlimited income potential from the people you know and meet. For Example: If you know or find 12-15 people in one year, that is (One person per month) to buy a manufactured/modular home from us at an average price of $70,000 with at least $20,000 in options we will pay you $136,000 in one year. We give you the opportunity to refer anyone to us within the 15 states in which we service. Full services are available on every home purchased through the Preferred Platinum Program. Preferred Platinum Program participants will receive rebate payments based upon their Qualified Rebate Volume.
