| Using our resources to reach out to those in need On Friday November 9, Quality Wholesale Homes Southwest partnered with Deion and Pilar Sanders and their non-profit organization SandersClaus to create Christmas Before Christmas. At the event, the gift of a new home was presented to a Lisa Arnett, a deserving mother in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Lisa’s life was devastated on June 18 when massive flooding in Gainesville, Texas swept her home off its foundation and down a creek bed. The house, however, was not Arnett’s largest loss. Her daughters Theresa and Makayla, aged five and two, were swept into the floodwaters and drowned. The Quality Wholesale Homes donation is the largest wish granted thus far by the SandersClaus organization. To make the house a true home, Quality Wholesale Homes also partnered with other corporate neighbors including Broyhill and Sleep Experts, to ensure Lisa has everything she needs to be comfortable. Lisa will work with Quality Wholesale Homes’s design team throughout the next few weeks to create a design package that meets their specific needs and tastes. Her new home will be delivered around Christmas time with a special visit from Quality Wholesale Homes representatives and Deion and Pilar Sanders and their SandersClaus organization. |
