I would like to take the time to thank all who helped with our home. From the start all who I have had to deal with at Quality have been very helpful and patient. When we asked for help with the changes to the floor plan all at Quality were right there to assist and give me the advice that I needed. As I told you from the beginning I have built approximately 600 stick built homes here in my area. As a General Contractor I am sure that I have been more demanding than most. This is not the first manufactured home that we have owned but with your help it sure is the best.

Before committing to Quality I did do a lot of research on homes of this type and also went to many other retail dealers. I also had the chance to go and see one of the homes that your company was doing in my area. I was surprised at the level of professional staff at your company. Although you always did not have the answers to my questions when I asked, it was just a phone call away before you got me the answers to the questions.

Your company not only assisted me in getting the home that we wanted but after the home was delivered you still were there to assist me until it was complete and ready to live in. The setup crew from our list did a great job and has been great to follow up to make sure that we are happy. The customer service department was there to take care of any little thing that we had. My wife and I are so pleased with all that your company has done we are talking about doing another one just to sell. Your pricing is way below what the retail dealers are and we were able to save a lot of money on this project.

Like any project this size there are always ups and downs. I would like to thank all the staff at quality for all there support in the entire project. During the rough spots of doing this everyone at Quality would step up to the plate and took care of business until both my wife and I were happy. I want to thank you for making my home buying experience a pleasure. When my husband and I were thinking about building, I was a little apprehensive to the idea of a manufactured home. After visiting your sales center and viewing the model homes at your subdivision, my mind was made up. I was so pleased to see the quality of your homes as well as the many styles and options you have to offer. I did not want my home to look like it was "built in a factory" and my personal sales representative showed me many great ideas for having my home personalized and customized. As you already know, we placed our home over a full walk out basement and completed the look with a stucco wrap. By adding a covered walk way to an Elevator for our convenience, our home took on a southwest flare, which was exactly what we were looking for. Our home is in a neighborhood with homes that appraise for $300,000 and up. We had an appraisal on our home and it not only met but exceeded the mark, costing us much less to build than the typical "stick built" home. Our home is very comfortable, beautiful and efficient. We have found that our home was well planned utilizing every space with nothing to waste. Our home is very energy efficient and with the rising costs of energy, we have a very great appreciation for that. Again, we thank you for making this experience a wonderful one.

Superior Manufactured Home service. --

I would like to put forth my recommendation concerning Superior Manufactured Home Services. We contracted with Superior to perform work on our property prior to the delivery and setup of the home we purchased from Quality Wholesale Homes. The work to be performed consisted of removal of the old trailer on the property, excavation of the land, laying of the concrete pad for the home, putting in of sidewalks and a carport, delivery and setting of the home, and various other tasks. The work on our property was performed in a professional manner with the ability to always contact the company at any time when questions arose. Our primary contact was Adolfo, who would always answer concerns and return phone calls and was willing to sit down at various meetings and discuss how certain issues could be resolved. The delivery of the home was also done in a professional manner. When the home was completed by the factory in February, it was delivered quite quickly to the property. Setup was performed by Adolfo's crew as well, and we were able to work with them concerning small issues that arose. Adolfo was willing to always listen to what we wanted and explain what our options were. I would recommend Superior Manufactured Homes to those looking for someone to perform work on property and/or deliver and setup their new home. We are extremely pleased to finally be in our new home, and we feel confident that the work performed prior and after delivery of the home will last for many years. Well, we are finally settled in at our new home in Lancaster. We have really appreciated your hand-holding as we made our choice of model, modifications that we wanted and the process of signing the papers that were required to actually have Quality Wholesale Homes place the order with Fleetwood in Glendale, Arizona. Your help in making sure we chose the best permanent foundation (SureSafe®) is also appreciated. The SureSafe® foundation gives us confidence that if when an earthquake hits our home, we will ride it out safely when others around us suffer structural damage. Delivery was made as expected and the actual set-up proceeded with few delays or surprises. Compared with stories we have heard from friends who have had contractors build houses for them from the ground up, our purchase, delivery and setup was a smooth process. Naturally, as is to be expected with any project of this magnitude, delivering a 2000 square foot home 400 miles, setting it precisely in place, connecting the individual units and finishing the interior, there were some problems. However, a few phone calls to you and others at QWH put things right and we are enjoying our new home! Please come see how the finished product looks. Home Loan Process --

Good Afternoon,

I have been on the phone today with both Tracie Irby and Doug Spicer. As has been the case since I first located Quality Wholesale Home's website and contacted your company, the experience and professionalism continues. They contacted me today to let me know they are still continuing to assist me anyway possible with the purchase of the QWH house.

With regards to the construction loan process, as you are probably aware, grew from frustrating and un-nerving to nightmare status in a matter of days. We planned for this move for nearly 4 years. We researched modular home manufacturers, demographics of the area, jobs, land, county requirements, etc. We purchased a beautiful piece of land and then moved on to locate a home that would compliment this property.

When I first contacted Quality Wholesale Homes Tracie Irby contacted me and walked me through the process verbally. She then followed up with me by sending out a packet with floor plans, brochures and other informational documentation. She then called me to see if I received the packet and if she could answer any questions. At that time I was living in an empty home with my husband in Washington clearing the land we had purchased a year earlier while living with his parents. She was concerned about me from the start. She contacted me to see how the process was going and to check if I had any questions and concerns. If she did not know the answer she knew who would and put me in touch with them or found the answer and got right back with me. Tracie introduced me to Doug who has followed the same knowledgeable, professional steps as Tracie from the beginning. All emails were answered and all phone calls returned.

The experience we had with US Bank has in no way changed our outlook towards Quality Wholesale Homes. I have been so impressed with QWH and their personnel that I requested someway of re-paying them. Tracie came back with using our new Quality Wholesale Home as a model for selling in this area. When I visited the factory in Woodland, Washington just days after arriving in Washington I could see why QWH sells these homes. I would be proud to pass on our experience to others in our area. This type of quality home is hard to come by here. Believe me, I have done my homework. We lived in a earlier model modular home in North Carolina for 9 years so we are familuar with them. Our whole reason for moving across the country was to be closer to Sam's parents. The are still working full time at 70 years of age and Tracie located a split floor plan that would accommodate this type of lifestyle. Family is very important to us. Thank you for taking the time to review our situation and possibly assist us with our dream of finally living in one of your quality homes. I have learned that your team takes their company seriously and I know that is a direct reflection on you and your management. I want to extend our appreciation for everything QWH has done for us in the past and hope that, one day, we will be living in our new home, one way or another, with my husbands parents, enjoying every minute of it.

Just as expected! --

The home came as expected and built just as the specs said it would be. We ordered extra insulation in the roof, the walls are thick so we have very little heating or cooling bills. The company, DSH Housing was very supportive to work with. The sales rep, Ryan McArthur, went out of his way to show us the homes that were already built in St. George, Utah. We had no idea that the homes could be stucco coated for lasting finish. We found that out from DSH Housing. DSH Housing has been great to follow up service and any small repairs that needed to be done. The last and perhaps best thing about dealing with DSH Housing was the price. We saved enough money on the house to pay for the added garage.

We have purchased five homes from QWH and have found that Bob Benson, Mark Gibson and Ellen Homontowski have truly gone above and beyond to help us through all stages of our purchase.
